The Rough House is a newer offering in North Austin that is a men’s post-treatment sober living. We are fortunate to have an Executive Director, Solis Rough with nearly 40 years clean and sober personally managing the day-to-day operations. Solis has extensive professional management experience paired with decades of sponsoring, speaking and recovery service. At the Rough House your client can move into a home with high-quality content and offerings including weekly meetings with a Recovery Support Peer Specialist, assistance in career development and resume building.

We are dedicated to fostering a safe and supportive space for all residents. This includes a specialization with LGBTQ clients - including those transitioning from female to male. We serve all clients with the same equitable and serious approach to putting together the building blocks of a sober living life and lifestyle.

Clients will have a weekly Sunday house meeting and fellowship dinner where we will discuss respect and consideration for others and resolution for the challenges that can arise in communal living.
